Been in the same family 50+ years,
Less than 900 miles since off-frame restoration with the listed upgrades:

Motor: 1968 rebuilt 283 with Edelbrock intake manifold and carb

Running gear:
Muncie 4 speed with Hurst linkage
Hydraulic clutch
Spicer 18 transfer
Both axles rebuilt
Upgraded front brakes
Wheel cylinder and master cylinder replaced

Steering:
Tilt wheel
Power steering stabilizer

Body:
Original
Hardtop appears to be from Meyers Manufacturing which originally built snow plows for Jeep
Gas tank replaced, moved to rear

Suspension:
Replaced leaf springs
Added sway bars

Interior:
Original seats reupholstered
New rear seat
New headliner

Electrical:
Wiring replaced
New fuse box
Sony stereo
