2021 Portland Swap Meet and
PIR Auto Swap Meet Announcement

Out of concern for the health and safety of our vendors, attendees, volunteers, and local communities and in line with Local, State and National Covid-19 guidelines and principles, we have made the difficult decision to postpone the 2021 Portland Swap Meet at the Portland EXPO Center and the PIR Auto Swap Meet scheduled for April 9,10 & 11th and April 8, 9 and 10th respectively.
It is with heavy hearts that we make this announcement about the Portland Swap Meet at the EXPO Center (as well for the PIR Portland Swap Meet and Portland International Raceway). We have not taken this decision lightly, and we know that this comes as an enormous disappointment. After exhaustive, careful, and thorough consideration of the health risks and other factors, the opportunity for a rescheduled event later in the year is not practical.
If you are a Portland Swap Meet Vendor, you will receive a letter explaining your options to register for the 2022 event or request a refund.

If you are a PIR Auto Swap Meet Vendor, you have two options:
1. A refund of your space payment (you will have until November to renew your same spot/s for the 2022 PIR Auto Swap Meet). Please notify me by Friday, February 26 if you want a refund. All refund checks will be mailed after that date.
2. Roll your space payment over to 2022 Swap Meet; with a guarantee of the space/s you were schedule to be in 2021. If you have reserved, but not paid for a space, you will still be guaranteed that space and invoiced at a later date. We will automatically roll you over to 2022 should we not hear from you.
