This 1953 MG TD has been sold.
I had no idea of what to expect when I offered to help a friend sell his car.
When I first saw the car, I was surprised to see one of the best amateur restorations I've seen in a long time.
He had spent a number of years meticulously restoring this car but due to failing health he must sell it.
Car is a 1953 MG TD with matching numbers.
It's a car that you could hop in, turn the key and drive home.
The car features Turn Signals, 12 Volt Electrical System, and an upgraded rear end to allow the car to maintain highway speeds.
It is a complete car down to the side curtains, tools and a service manual.
This exceptional vehicle is offered up at $19,000 well below book value based on condition.
