1951 Ford Woodie
(This Ford wagon started life as a real Ford Woodie which the owner found in Washington State.)
Approx. 2500 miles on total mechanical & body/paint restoration,
Hand picked by owner, Birds Eye Maple was used,
1950 Canadian Meteor grill, park lights, hubcaps and custom steering wheel make this Woodie a unique one of a kind custom.
The body is sitting on a modified 1993 Ford Crown Victoria frame & suspension & drive train. It handles & performs like a modern car.
The motor is a modified rebuilt Ford modular 4.6 Liter V-8,
Trick Flow aluminium heads & intake,
F.A.S.T. ignition / with controller,
F.A.S.T. fuel injection / with controller,
Custom reversed alternator bracket,
Motor is very streetable producing aprox. 350 HP,
Ford AOD automatic with controls by Simple Shift,
Power 4 WDB,
Coker & Diamondback wide whitewall radial,
Hwy gears,
Brand new rear adjustable coil overs,
Rear air bags with on board air compressor,
Power Steering,

No old 85 hp Flathead and 3 speed manual here, but a modern motor, chassis & suspension so you'll have no problems cruising through town or on the freeway.
