This 1966 Ford Mustang Coupe has been sold (in only 2 days!).
Inline 6.
Purchased in 2012 as a retirement project from the original owners family in California.
Odometer at time of purchase was 40418 (=140418 total).
The car is clean, runs well, and as I've been told, in good condition for it's age.
It has not been restored (original engine, paint, interior etc).
Somehow never got around to that, but kept it running and enjoyed cruising around where we lived in Nevada (Carson Valley), and more recently in and around Forest Grove (Oregon) where we moved to in 2023.
Current Odometer is 144K.
Work done during my ownership includes:
Replacement of entire brake system, carburetor, distributor, fuel tank and radiator.
Windshield washer removed but not yet replaced.
The brakes are manual, steering is power.
Take a close look at the images and you will notice a split seam on the driver side seat and minimal rust.
Had a lot of fun with this car over the years.
Now it's time to let it go to someone with the interest and energy to give it the care and attention it deserves.
This car is Oregon registered has a clean title and is being sold "as is", with no warranties or guarantees.
