This 1951 Mercury started as a virtually rust free car.
It had a complete rebuild and custom modifications done before owner died.
There is probably no more than 1500 miles on car before his death.
Body and frame modifications done by Mad Max hot rod shop.
Shaved doors, hood and trunk.
Doors, hood and trunk corners rounded.
1954 Mercury frenched head and tail lights.
1951 Mercury frenched turn signals.
All new tinted glass Bumpers and guards by Ogden chrome.
AS original mohair interior by Dave Feekins.
Mercury 410 motor with .020 bore over 428 cam, 406 cast iron coated headers.
700 r4 trans.
9" Ford rear end.
Mustang ll type front end.
