1956 Ford F-100 Pickup
CHASSIS:
Stock chassis-completely disassembled, bead blasted, DP 90 primer coat, Dupont Coach Black Gloss finish
Stock leaf spring sets completely disassembled, metal finished, lubed, reassem. With fresh bushings and grommets.
Shock absorbers front are new gas tubular units. Rears are also gas charged and are longer to attach to new upper shock mount locations.
Front suspension is all stock. Disassembled, bead basted, all worn pieces replaced with NOS or replacement units.
Steering is a newly rebuilt '56 Ford unit-feels like power steering.
DRIVETRAIN:
Engine is a fresh rebuild of a 1990 Ford 302 c.i. V-8
Rhodes cam and lifter-provides better low-end torque
Edelbrock Performer intake manifold
Edelbrock 600 CFM 4-barrel carburetor

Restored original cooling system-Radiator by Dutton Radiator Service

Cab and front sheet metal is original
Pickup box, tailgate and rear fenders are new replacements
Running boards are original
Paint is Dupont Chroma Premiere, single stage color is Torch Red (original color)
Bed is red oak with 10 coat spar varnish finish
Bed runners are original equipment
Bed fasteners are all polished stainless steel
Bumpers are reproductions of originals
Emblems are a combination of originals and reproductions
Grille is original-triple chrome plated
Tailgate locks and straps are special design
INTERIOR:
Dash and instrument cluster is original
Seat is a stock frame with custom upholstery
Door panels, headliner, sun visors are stock
Door and window handles are stock
All new tinted glass
Carpet is stock configuration replacing original rubber mat
